Mark Womack as Incubator PMC member
Hello,
Since Mark Womack was recently elected as the new Logging PMC chair, I'd
like to nominate him as a member of the Incubator PMC. Once that is done,
he should be able to take over the responsibilities related to the
incubation of log4net and log4php.
Here is my +1.

The major issue with the Logging projects is lack of community. This
remains an area where I hope that we can work together with the Logging PMC
to address.

Greetings!
Ceki felt that I should introduce myself to the incubator group.
I was recently appointed to the Logging Services PMC Chair by the ASF Board.
I am replacing Ceki in this position as he recently decided to resign. I am
an original member of the Logging Services PMC and I am also an active
committer on the log4j project.
The Logging Services project currently has 2 projects in the incubator,
log4jnet and log4php, and one project recently graduated from the incubator,
log4cxx. I am looking forward to working with incubator on moving these
projects toward graduation and in working on other incubator related
projects.
If you have any questions for me, please do not hesitate to ask.
