making hyperlinks print as normal text

Question: Is it possible within FOP (or even PDF in general) to have
hyperlinks visible only when displaying the document on the screen (e.g., in
blue and underlined) but, when printed, appear normally (standard text font
and color) as if they weren't a hyperlink?

The hyperlink functionality within FOP can be very useful for added
on-screen functionality, but one may not be able to use them if the printed
reports end up with visual indications of the hyperlinks.

Thanks,
Glen
