ModPerl::ParamBuilder

  Hi Everyone,  

  I've uploaded this to CPAN already and requested the namespace, but
  if you guys feel like giving it a whirl while it propagates around
  you can find it here:

  Comments, suggestions, and feedback about the interface, docs, etc.
