[Axis2] - OM addChild method modification

Hi,

 

Initially I opted to have a method in OMElement to addChild with an index
given, in addition to the addChild method. But for me, this seems not
required, in the context of Axis.

So I thought of removing that from proposed OM api, and can some one please
apply the attached patch file to chinthaka_ajith scratch area of SVN.
