1. environment is created
2. git credential is not set up in Dlab

*Steps to reproduce:*
1. click "Git credentials" button
2. click "List" tab

*Actual result:*
"You have no related accounts" is left aligned

*Expected result:*
"You have no related accounts" center aligned
