[VOTE] Release POI 3.10 beta 2

Hello All,

A candidate for the POI 3.10 beta 2 release is available at:
    https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/poi/3.10-beta2-RC1

The release candidate was built from the REL_3_10_BETA2 tag:
    https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/poi/tags/REL_3_10_BETA2/

It includes all fixes, features and changes committed in trunk as of 19:00 UTC on Wednesday, August 28th.

As with all Apache release votes, please check that not only does the code work, and no major breakages have occurred since the last release, but also that packaging is correct, license headers and notices exist etc. Votes are welcomed from everyone, both users and committers.

The vote options are:
  +1  - I support this release
   0  - I don't object to this release, but I haven't checked it
  -1  - There's a problem with the release, and that is ....

I'm voting [+1]. Voting will last 7 days (unless a problem is found sooner), and will end on Wednesday, Sept. 4.

Best,

      Tim

P.S.
1) Thank you, all, for waiting for me to have my key signed by someone in the Apache WoT.
2) Thank you, all, for bearing with me on my first attempt at release manager.  Please let me know if I've botched anything, the severity of the botching and the recommended fix.
3) Thank you, Yegor, for the model for this email (and all of your work, of course!).
4) Thank you, Nick, for your guidance and advice throughout.

Hi,

I installed the release in a few places, so far all seems to be fine, this
includes mostly XLS/XLSX files reading and creating.

I also compared packages 3.9 to 3.10-beta2, contents seems to be ok as well!

I'm +1 for releasing.

Thanks... Dominik.

P.S. Thank you for taking the release-job this time!
