PR [https://github.com/apache/netbeans/pull/2825] introduced a dependency on:

{{org.netbeans.modules.dlight.nativeexecution}} and 
{{org.netbeans.modules.terminal}}

beacuse of PTY API.

It's better to move that API to {{extexecution}} module.
