First pass at adding geometry/geospatial support.
Added primitive `geometry` which is a representation of a feature in planar (Euclidean) coordinate systems using the Well-known binary ([WKB](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Well-known_text_representation_of_geometry))-format.
Partitioning can be a challenge, but naive solution such using the `bucket[N]` transform should work. Geohashing techniques such as [geohash](https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/streams/4.3.0?topic=334-geohashes) or [Uber H3](https://www.uber.com/en-NO/blog/h3/) may also work, but is limited to `POINT`-geometries.
