welome msg has wrong email address: torque-dev@jakarta.apache.org

FYI,
When I joined torque-dev today, I got a message from the bot which gave the
email address of this list as "torque-dev@jakarta.apache.org" -- at
jakarta.apache.org, not db.apache.org.

My first attempt to send a post to torque-dev@jakarta.apache.org got
bounced, so I tried torque-dev@db.apache.org just for SnG.
The beginning of the message from the welcome bot was:

Hi! This is the ezmlm program. I'm managing the torque-dev@db.apache.org
mailing list.

I'm working for my owner, who can be reached at
torque-dev-owner@db.apache.org.

Acknowledgment: I have added the address

to the torque-dev mailing list.

Please save this message so that you know the address you are subscribed
under, in case you later want to unsubscribe or change your subscription

Should be changed to
	Welcome to torque-dev@db.apache.org!
