Exclude/Ignore Patterns

Hi there,

 

It seems to me that with this built 1.1.3 Tortoise SVN is not working
properly with the ignore/exclude patterns.

I'm programming in VB.NET and I don't want to control versions for bin and
obj directories. I already tried the ignore exclude patterns from tortoise
settings, tried the Folder subversion properties and is not working. Can
someone help me?
