Fix for attachment interoperability with GLUE in AttachmentPart

When sending attachments from Axis to GLUE, the attachments arriving are always scrambled (lots of 3F codes). It turned out that GLUE is dependent on correct settings of the &#8220;Content-Length&#8221; field.

The fix in the attachment adds the correct content-length for the attachment part (affects AttachmentPart).
