   One of the tasks in the upstream workflow is disabled, which causes me to depend on this workflow downstream. When I select all the entire workflow as a dependency, the upstream task has been successfully scheduled, but the downstream dependency displays Cannot find the task instance.
   
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   I don't think there should be failures. As long as the upstream task succeeds, the downstream dependencies should not report errors.
