hyracks-fullstack now manages antrun at the 3.0.0 asterixdb already
uses, under the same note against 3.2.0; asterix-coverage drops its own
1.8 to inherit it. antrun 3.0 removed the <tasks> parameter, so
algebricks-tests moves to <target>.
git-commit-id 4.x writes the same keys as 2.2.6 plus four more,
including git.local.branch.ahead/behind; asterix-app sets offline so
computing those never contacts a remote.
