[VOTE] Release XML Schema 1.4.7 (try 2)
I have prepared a proposed release of Apache XmlSchema 1.4.7.
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachews-008/
This is a formal vote for a release. Andreas has verified that all the
downstreams on the Axis/WS side are OK.
Here is my +1.
The vote will close in 72 hours.
Release Notes - WS-Commons - Version XmlSchema 1.4.7
Changes since 1.4.6:
** Bug
* [WSCOMMONS-484] - Performance enhancement for build from DOM
* (WSCOMMONS-361) breaks Xerces DOM
Node's Java serializability
* [WSCOMMONS-537] - Cached NodeNamespaceContext causes problems
when a new namespace is added
* [WSCOMMONS-539] - Infinite loop in XmlSchemaSerializer. setupNamespaces
** Improvement
* [WSCOMMONS-520] - Add a setEntityResolver() to be used in
XmlSchemaCollection.read

+1 (non-binding)
Did basic legal checking and ran a few tests. Looks OK to me.

+1.
While looking at the doc distribution I've seen two minor issues:
* We should add some developers to the POM. Even if the list is short,
it's still better than displaying "There are no developers working on
this project."
* There is a broken link on the index.html page: <a
