maven indexing moved to the maven central dependency a few versions ago.

> maven.indexer module loads a patched binary org.apache.maven.indexer:maven-indexer:6.0-SNAPSHOT, which cannot obviously be retrieved from maven central.  maven.indexer also includes the patch, so it should be possible to create a solution to build the patched version as a separate project.
