INFO: XML validation disabled
I'm seeing this message from the started task the starts TOMCAT, is it
something to be concerned about? What does it mean?

Perfectly normal, which is why it's an INFO message. It's an attribute
of the <Host> tag in server.xml, if you want to play with it.
