Description:
As time has passed I think it has become apparent that reporting is key feature of Maven and as such I think it's time to push all of the properties for reporting and documentation to a place where they can be easily accessed. Currently we have a lot of the properties baked into the xdoc plugin which no long makes sense. We need a clean set of properties for docs and reports and make them generally accessible. Properties that would be in the same class as maven.repo.local.
