[~shivnarayan] is this still an issue? I couldn't repro this in my local

➜ mvn -Punit-tests -pl hudi-common,hudi-client/hudi-spark-client test
➜ mvn -Punit-tests -pl hudi-client/hudi-spark-client '-Dtest=org.apache.hudi.index.**' -DfailIfNoTests=false test{code}
these 2 worked for me.
