For test output folder, GenericTestUtils#getRandomizedTempPath may be a better choice, while different test cases use the same default output path, there could be some conflict between them especially on Windows, this can be avoided by using randomized test paths.

> {{TestGenerateOzoneRequiredConfigurations}} uses current directory (.) as its output location which generates {{ozone-site.xml}} file in the directory from where the test-cases is executed. Insead we should use {{GenericTestUtils#getTempPath}} to get the output directory for test-cases.
