See email from ASF. Solr is in violation of a policy:
{quote}IMPORTANT: PMCs who list "powered by" companies on their Project sites (organizations that are using your project --in their products/solutions or otherwise) MUST NOT BE DOING SO ON THE PROJECT HOME PAGE.{quote}
The reason Solr has not been "detected" until now is that solr was a sub page of lucene.apache.org but now the page with the illegal logos is on the HOME PAGE of solr.apache.org :) 
 
It should be easy to just put the "powered by" section on a sub page instead of on the HOME page of our site.
 
This should be done within September 2021.
