[BUG] module incompatibility message broken

Somewhere in the recent set of commits, something broke the
module incompatibility message.  I'm now getting:

  httpd: module "(null)" is not compatible with this version of Apache.
  Please contact the vendor for the correct version.

I'm looking into it.. should be relatively simple to fix.  Patch
expected soon..
