Branching trunk to branches/2.0-M1

I am going to branch tonight around 2100 Eastern.  I'll ping folks on  
IRC first before branching.

The EJB issues with DayTrader are addressed (thanks Gianny :).

Testing JPA mode as there seems to be an issue that is probably  
configuration related.

If anyone has a glaring concern about the branch I'll be checking e- 
mail beforehand too.
