Automated bidirectional relationship testing (ISIS-423)

Just committed this to trunk, so available if you want to try it out.

There's a page up on the website [1].  I've also updated the page on
integration testing [2]

Incidentally, I discovered a bug in one of our Isis Eclipse templates.  So
if you are using them, please download the latest [3] and install into your
Eclipse IDE.
