Not using cmp so we dont have a jbosscmp-jdbc.xml file yet ejbjar requires me 
to create one. This was not a problem with 1.5.4's ejbjar task. (setting cmp to 
1.0 doesn't help either. How about cmp="none" for people not using cmp)
