   @jiazhai Set useTls to be true is only a work around since useTls is already depreciated with the intention to use url as a set up of enabling TLS authentication. The future versions shall honour this change and be consistent in the configuration, i.e. not to use this field. Using a depreciated config is rolling back. Since it was depreciated, necessary code changes are required to remove the dependency of it.
