在多IP的服务器上，发现TX流量经常汇聚到一张网卡上。
**Describe the solution you'd like**
创建channel时，除了能通过connection group创建tcp stream，还需要SO_BINDTODEVICE指定具体设备，客户端自己做网卡的负载均衡。

@wenjiecn 我用iperf3 --bind测试了一下，发现bind到IP并不能控制TX流量从IP所在的interface发出去。虽然source IP是指定的IP这个做到了。流量划分还是得SO_BINDTODEVICE才行
