    [FLINK-7264] [travis] Kill watchdog only after compilation&tests

    This PR causes the watchdog to be shutdown after the execution of the tests.
    
    I missed moving the shutdown during the build profile reorganization. As a result no logs were uploaded if maven didn't create any output in 10 minutes during test execution, since travis killed the entire build.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/zentol/flink 7264

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/4396.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
