To reproduce:

* Use the following schema:
http://cayenne.apache.org/schema/7/modelMap.xsd

* Create a query with ordering(s), prefetch(es) and qualifier in Modeler, save

* Validate resulting xml:

$xmllint --noout --schema modelMap.xsd datamap.map.xml 

datamap.map.xml:26: element qualifier: Schemas validity error : Element '{http://cayenne.apache.org/schema/7/modelMap}qualifier': This element is not expected. Expected is ( {http://cayenne.apache.org/schema/7/modelMap}prefetch ).
datamap.map.xml fails to validate

Result: validation failed.

Expected: sequence of generated sub-elements of "query" element corresponds to the schema.
