committer account & svn access

I've got my committer account (sijskes), and tried to create a
subdirectory in skunk, and it gave me a 403.

Could somebody give me access to the svn?

I've added my name to the commiter list on confluence, and did not see
the current active committers on the list. Did i misunderstand the
meaning of that list?

Gr. Sim

Sim,

There's a step involving adding you to a template to get your access.
I'll see if you're there later tonight.

I believe that the list is info only. It seems that this list is
maintained in (at least) two places. I'm gradually updating one
(http://incubator.apache.org/projects/river.html) and haven't started on
the second yet.
