How to call ant from java

Hi
          i am  facing   some problems in calling ant classes directly  from 
java code i.e. my code build succesfully but when i try to execute it throws 
an exception:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: test (wrong name: 
Test)
