   This PR is to update some of the semtech driver code to look more like mynewt coding standards. There is also a simple bug fix thrown in there as well (for sx1272 code when HAS_ANT_SW is set to a valid pin). Not sure about additional changes to the code for coding style (for example, renaming functions to meet our caps style).
