[Issue 127530] New policy: Sign releases with SHA-512 and no longer offer MD5

AOO 4.1.6 RC1 has been signed with SHA256/SHA512 using this script:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/openoffice/devtools/release-scripts/

Changes for the download page are being tested.
I will leave this issue open until the final release of AOO 4.1.6.
