There were a couple of Jenkins failures on this test suite. The test method that fails varies, but it's always the one right after "testKillTlogReplica". This test terminates (and after restarts) Jetty. The following tests has issues connecting to Jetty. My initial thought was that Jetty process was not fully up, so the following test would fail, however, {{testKillTlogReplica}} actually makes use of that Jetty server...
