This version does not change XmlUpdateRequestHandler to use StAX instead
of XPP, but adds a XmlUpdateRequestHandlerStax.

Since I need to touch the patch again to revert the SolrUpdateServlet, I
wonder whether we want both?

Should I prepare the next one to use StAX instead of XPP?
