[jira] Commented: (CASSANDRA-1532) Expose dynamic secondary indexes via system_update_column_family

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-1532?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=12918950#action_12918950 ]

Gary Dusbabek commented on CASSANDRA-1532:
------------------------------------------

Consider the scenario of a cols A, B, C being indexed and the CF is updated so that B, C, D are indexed. Is it ok to just abandon the index on A, or should we recognize the removal and clean it up?
