     [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SAMZA-380?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel ]

Chris Riccomini updated SAMZA-380:
----------------------------------

    Attachment: SAMZA-380-0.patch

Attaching patch. RB at:

* Add log4j appender.
* Update reviewboard to use latest branch
* Move hdfs dependency into dependency versions for better maven styling.

Tested locally by running hello-samza. Connected via Visual VM, and verified that I can toggle the JMX bean. This testing was done as part of SAMZA-379.

> After the changes in SAMZA-350, it's now possible to define a log4j JMX appender that allows you to set custom log levels at runtime. We should update hello-samza to set this appender.
