Please set those IPs bind, thank you. BTW, server name "Neusoft Institute of Information".

Please rsync max 4 times a day.
We only add "public mirrors" to the apache mirror list
(mirrors that everybody can use). Please reopen this
ticket when your mirror becomes a "public mirror".
