v0.27 and "svnadmin archive"

Hi,

I've just been moving over to v0.27 from v0.25 (Win32), and I just noticed
the 'archive' command has been removed from the 'svnadmin' command. Is this
intentional? If so, what are my options for clearing out dead logfiles?
