Steps :
=========================
1. Upgrade CS from 4.0 to 4.2
2. Create a user account.
3. Login to the user account and create a network
4. Acquire IPs for the network

Expected behaviour:
========================
IPs should be acquired successfully

Observed behaviour :
========================
IP acuisition fails with  "unable to figure out zone to assign IPs to"
