Daemon Not Run

Hi,

Included is a [patch|contribution|enhancement] to the daemon service in 
Jetspeed. Currently if the daemon has been set startup as false in the 
JetspeedResource.properties file, the Daemon Admin has no way to start it.

Please see the process() method in JetspeedDaemonFactory and set methods 
addition to DaemonEntry

Problem statement

If the deamon is marked as false in JetspeedResources.properties as
false. Eg daemon.badurlmanagerdaemon.onstartup=false
then the dt is null since no DaemonThread initialization for
badurlmanagerdaemon is done

Loop through each entry in entries to compare the name of the daemon
If a match is found, check whether it is activated. If not, set it
to activate and call start(). Only then continue with normal processing
