Summary:
HIVE-3249: Upgrade guava to 11.0.2

Hadoop has upgraded to this new version of Guava. We should, too, so we don't have compatibility issues running on Hadoop 2.0+

currently, hive is using guava-r09.jar
we should update it to guava-11.0.2.jar
