How to: "if a certain scenario is selected; then..."?

Hello!

How to do a "if EUR is selected in Scenarios A; then multiply the prices
with $1,3135 from the Currencies sheet"?

(would be cool if one single formula could multiply all the prices as
opposed to repeating the same formula across all the
countries<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don%27t_repeat_yourself>
)

SHEET: SHIPPING PRICES

               Scenarios A (USD, EUR):      Scenarios B (1kg, 1.5kg, 2kg):
