Would be nice to have a blurb in the README about how to get LVG database and replace the tiny sample that is included with Apache cTAKES.
Suggest adding either in 3.1 if there are no more RCs for 3.0, or adding in 3.0 RC5 if there is one
Or have a script get the resources for the user.
