Removes sitemap references to .html extension and generalize for all file
extensions

.odt (and other) files	are now matched in the webdav sitemap and open
correctly within OpenOffice when using the OO open/save dialogs.

The sitemap matchers for HEAD and DELETE requests were also generalized for all
file extensions.

The OO open/save dialogs do not allow browsing of Windows XP Network Places so
the url must be typed in. http://localhost:{port-number}/default/webdav/ shows
the contents of the webdav folder, or using
http://localhost:{port-number}/default/webdav/doctypes/opendocument_en.odt
opens the file directly.
