fo:page-number-citation fault

Hi,

is there already a workaround for the citation fault showed here:

The problem here is the red bordered text. Here occurs a pagenumber 
overflow. Instead of that a columnbreak would be rigth.

It seems to depend on on the issue 3.9 handled in the FOP FAQ:
http://xml.apache.org/fop/faq.html#page-number-align

I would think this problem is already fixed by someone?
