[PR] [format] Support numeric type widening when reading Avro files [paimon]
ArnavBalyan opened a new pull request, #9362:

### Purpose
- External Avro files can contain narrower numeric types compared to the ones declared by Paimon.
- The reader reads physical Avro types, causing ClassCastException when the wider type is accessed.
- Support widening Avro int values to bigint or double and float values to double during reads.
