license of WSS4J

Hi, WSS4J developers.

Would you tell me about the License of WSS4J?

WSS4J is a ASF project, so I think it is under Apache License.
But, under the 'legal' directory[*], there are following files.

 LICENSE.globus
 README.globus

Other LICENSE files seems to be of Jar modules in the 'lib' directory.
How about above two files?
I hear that WSS4J was originated in globus project,
Some parts are still under the globus license? or any reason?

[*] 'legal' directory
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/webservices/wss4j/trunk/legal/

Thanks in advance.

Re: AW: license of WSS4J

Posted by KASAI Hiroyoshi <r-...@ma.neweb.ne.jp>.
Thanks!

If no jars are referred by LICENSE.globus and README.globus,
the two file's existence is some kind of "bug"?

Globus license contains following terms,
but the notice is not found in WSS4J documents.

2. The Documentation, alone or if included with a redistribution of
the Software, must include the following notice: "This
product includes material developed by the Globus Project
    (http://www.globus.org/)."

Sorry for your trouble, but I have to know the requirement
for redistributing WSS4J (including libs) with respect to lisences.

AW: license of WSS4J

Posted by "Dittmann, Werner" <we...@nsn.com>.
Hi,

as one of the main contributers I'm not aware of a "globus"
license. The core code of WSS4J uses the Apache License 2.0.

AFAIK the other license (in legal) refer to libraries that
are used by WSS4J.

Werner
