[VOTE] Release Apache GeaFlow (Incubating) 0.8.0-incubating (RC1)
Hi everyone,
The Apache GeaFlow community has voted and approved the release of Apache
GeaFlow (Incubating) 0.8.0-incubating (RC1). We are now kindly requesting
the IPMC members to review and vote for this release.
We encourage all community members to participate in the vote.
NOTICE: The vote will remain open for at least 72 hours or until the
required number of binding +1 votes is reached, and will pass after 3
binding +1 votes.

I have completed the following checks:
- [x] Download links are valid.
- [x] Signatures and checksums are correct.
- [x] LICENSE/NOTICE files are present and acceptable.
- [x] Source code compiles successfully, and all source files contain
ASF headers.
Additionally, I agree with Jingsong's assessment regarding the minor
issues. As these are non-blocking for this release, I will create a
tracking issue to ensure we clean up the stale paths and remove the
leftover Flink Kubernetes Operator attribution in the next release.

these blockers, but they would be good to clean up in a future
release.
