CONNECTORS-1138

Hi all,

CONNECTORS-1138 is a critical bug that affects any job that has more than
one output.  It has been around since MCF 1.7 and was not fixed in MCF 1.8
or 2.0.  There is a trivial patch available for the problem.

Nevertheless, I want to get a show of hands for preparing a point release
with the sole purpose of fixing this problem.  The point release would be
targeted for the end of January.
