We should add a {{README.md}} to {{flink-statefun/statefun-sdk-js}}. This would then also be displayed on [npmjs.com|https://www.npmjs.com/package/apache-flink-statefun].

Unfortunately, in order to publish the {{README.md}} we have to release a new version of the npm package.
